The problem

Real estate information is easier to misread when records lack consistent fields, timestamps, and source context.

Available today

The homepage workbench parses CSV and checks repeated IDs, missing IDs, and invalid prices. These checks run locally in the browser. They do not verify market values or data accuracy.

The planned product

Our direction is a workspace for organizing property information, retaining provenance, and exploring context. Source integration, permission handling, and AI-assisted analysis are in development.

Where Claude fits

We plan to use Claude for summaries and questions over structured property information, with records and limitations visible to the reviewer. The public workbench does not call Claude.

Review priorities

Keep source dates visible, distinguish missing information from zero, retain human review, and avoid presenting an AI summary as verified property or financial advice.
